At SBS, we're always looking for more ways to eat fish; see below on the blog for some of our favorite recipes. After a family trip to Japan in 2014, however, we finally made the leap to the UNCOOKED side of our salmon. We visited the Tsukiji Fish Market, one of the biggest fish markets in the world, to see how a nation of seafood eaters gets it done. The tour was ended by an obligatory, delicious sushi breakfast!
After this awesome experience, we've started trying to make sushi out of our own fish. While we were originally taught by some fellow Dillingham-ers, we've found plenty of sites to jump-start your own Alaskan salmon sushi.
